I am offering HIPAA-compliant therapy, teletherapy, and assessment services in Washington State. I am a culturally sensitive neurodivergent psychologist who specializes in working with neurodivergent and neurotypical people with all sorts of difficulties. I also provide supervision in these areas.
I am currently in the process of moving out of network for most insurances, so please let me know what insurance you have. I provide super bills for all my services.
Whether in my life or at work, I always look at the world through the neurodiversity perspective. This sees neurological differences as valid, real, and valuable. I am affirming of neurological differences and teach people to embrace their differences and use them to make this world a beautiful and colorful place.
I utilize systems and humanistic therapies - forms of therapy that see the whole person and their context, not just a label or a symptom. I further utilize tools from other therapies to best serve each client with whom I work. I also specialize in psychological testing/assessment of children, adolescents and adults. In supervision, I use these tools to teach therapists to apply these tools in their own practice.
Therapy is one of my passions. I am currently offering telehealth sessions. Whether individual, family, or couples- I can offer a unique experience to better your mental and emotional health.
I am trained in Family Systems Therapy, DBT, and other approaches. I will collaborate with other systems to set goals, fostering an appreciation for the uniqueness of self and others.

My consultation services are a way to offer a preventative, proactive, and enriching way for mental health professionals to gain guidance, support and perspective on clinical cases.
Assessment usually takes place over multiple meetings. First, a detailed history is gathered. Then a client will be asked to participate in various psychological tests – some paper and pencil, some over the computer, some responding to the psychologist. Finally, a detailed report is written and shared in a feedback session.
Humans are complex. Many times people receive diagnoses, therapy, or medications based on a simplistic understanding of problems or by focusing too heavily on overt symptoms or behaviors instead of getting a sense of the whole person. Clinical psychological assessment seeks to understand problems on deeper level. This leads to more accurate diagnoses, better therapy, and understanding oneself.
Just like therapy, I believe testing is a process. It takes time, and it takes trust. I know testing is a vulnerable situation and I will do my best to make it a pleasant one.
A few things you should know going in: I will not recommends ABA services. I am a collaborative problem-solver, and I will always include this in my recommendations. I will uphold my devotion to the neurodiversity community
Testing is done in multiple steps: Intake, Testing sessions, and feedback. This depends on the level of depth you prefer. I offer two Tiers:
TIER 1: basic level testing., Which includes an interview, questionnaires, and a basic report which includes all of this information.
TIER 2: This is a more comprehensive approach which includes face to face testing, cognitive assessments, academic testing (if needed) and a more strategic approach to target more complex questions.
